"I have been with Burton Jernigan State Farm for over 15 years and have shears had the best customer service. My rates for the fullest coverage are amazingly affordable. I had a car accident (I was found not at fault), and every representative, both local and corporate, made the whole process so smooth and easy. It was resolved in less than a week, and everyone asked how I was doing and checked on my well being. Highly recommend Staye Farm!"

"Joel & his team deserve a 1000 (thousand) Star Rating! I highly recommend this State Farm team in Lower Lake. Everyone there are very polite, friendly and caring people, they explain your insurance needs in detail.
Today, I called to make a few changes on my policy and spoke with Jose, he patiently heard what my policy charges were, he acknowledged the changes, Jose politely explained what the differences would be with fees step-by-step plain & simple without confusion. I asked him for a couple of other quotes, Jose said he would have those to me by the end of the day. I just can’t say enough about how much everyone has helped us at this office. Jose is very patient and kind, but so is Yaya, & the rest of the team. Kudos too State Farm Lower Lake and Joel for having an amazing team, & exceptional service, thank you all…thank you Jose for all your hard work!! Blessings!!"
